Charlton Heston: 1923 - 2008One of the greats. Loved a great many of his movies, particularly Planet Of The Apes. A shame he devolved into a gun-nut, even as I found Michael Moore's sandbagging of him in Bowling For Columbine disgusting... although, I did find his going to Denver to wave a rifle over his head right after the events at Columbine as equally disgusting.
