The loss of the battle plan is a remarkable breach in the high-stakes game of presidential politics and a potentially disastrous blunder for Giuliani in the early stages of his campaign.Campaign slogan for anybody running against Giuliani:
The document was obtained by the Daily News from a source sympathetic to one of Giuliani's rivals for the White House. The source said it was left behind in one of the cities Giuliani visited as he campaigned for dozens of Republican candidates in the weeks leading up to the November 2006 elections.

what is with it with pubs and leaks. This political incontinence will be the death of them, I tell you.
meanwhile, darlin', aren't u 'bout overdue... ?
what up... ?
one isn't "about" overdue--you either are or you aren't.
As for the leaks, I recall that the Rudy camp says that it was stolen from a bag, not left behind. Implausible, you say? As the spouse so regrettably learned today, never put anything of value in a bag you aren't carrying (in her case, a very expensive gold and sapphire bracelet), as there are always lowlives willing to go through your bags.
Reminds me of a story I read years ago about some practical jokers in Calif. that would take rattlesnakes from the desert, put them in purses or suitcases, and conveniently leave them for snatchers to steal. Yow!
lost, stolen...
lack of security is lack of security...
and he just can't run on the platform no mo... wheeee!
