... even though I agree with his ironic assertion that David Broder is a "gasbag." I especially like this line:

Perhaps Broder's bed-wetting tantrum against Reid was spurred by the certain knowledge that while Harry Reid has been telling hard truths, Mr. Broder has been falling hard for transparent lies.

I used to ride the Orange Line into D.C. every day. From time-to-time I'd recognize Broder sitting quietly, immersed in his paper, all the while resisting the urge to walk over and give him a noogie.
