Back in '93, when I was temping in D.C. at Deloitte & Touche -- or as the admins liked to call it, "Toilet & Douche" (Oh so obvious, yes, I know.) -- I had just started ramping up my involvement in Fantasy Baseball & Football. One buddy at D&T suggested we create a league called "Fantasy Congress." Nothing came of it...
... until now.
