So Tom Delay's (and a coupla dozen other Repo Reps are) getting taken down by Jack Abramoff.

Jack Abramoff pleads guilty because Michael Scanlon's got the goods on him.

And Michael Scanlon has -- er, had -- a girlfriend named Emily Miller, whom he dumped for a manicurist. How do I know, you ask?

Scanlon's former colleagues did not speak warmly of him, saying he was not a very likable person because of the way he treated others, and that he later became flamboyant with his newfound wealth.

(Insert just about any Republican's name over Scanlon's in the above paragraph.)
