... unless you're a Democrat. And contrary to the beliefs of chums and chum alike, I haven't been a Democrat since I left Massachusetts in '91. I was too much a ruffian and cannot abide people with milquetoast manners, whereas the current crop in the Senate look to wallow in the fetid wetness of it all.
Not only is it sad to see the nation's oldest party led by unprincipled and limp members (of Congress), it's fucking alarming. It means a de facto if unceremonious end of the two-party system in America, and all we have left are corrupt swine and assorted looters. Biden and Schumer and Feinstein, et. al, will >yawn< vote against Alito, but it appears there's no fight in them to filibuster, and consequently no evident fight in standing up for what they say they believe.
So blow up the Congress already, wouldja please?
