i watch Countdown nearly every night for i see it as an oasis in a desert of corporate-controlled pap dispensed as "news," but which contains little of anything "new"... if that isn't too awkward, i acknowledge i might've run out of the room right at the time you acknowledged NBC news president Steve Capus as the "worst person in the world," so i'm prepared to be stood corrected...

so how 'bout it, big guy... ? how does andrea mitchell know whether or not christiane amanpour has been wiretapped, and why isn't NBC persuing it with daily developments transparent to we(us?) who give a damn... ?

and what about you, sir... ? i very much enjoy your wit & iconoclasm and expect to see that which no other network program covers, particularly those courageous moments when the muckraker might bite the hand that feeds...

what -- is it they won't let andrea appear to explain herself... ?

or maybe "NBC News" has changed it's name to "NBC News Blackout"... ?

i want to know... i deserve to know... i buy the pharmaceuticals advertised...
